The Command Line Interface may be accessed via Telnet, via SSH, or via a serial line.
For the SSH server, the SSH Server Authorized Users are used for initial login access.
The Login Password is used for initial login access from the Telnet port, SSH port, HTTP, or any serial Line.
The Enable Level Password is used for access to the
'enable
' level within the CLI.
The Quit Connect Line string is used to terminate a connect line session and resume the CLI. Type <control> before any key to be pressed while holding down the Ctrl key, for example, <control>L.
If an Inactivity Timeout value is set, the CLI session will disconnect if no data is received after the designated time period.
Enter 0 to disable.
Blank the display field to restore the default.
If Line Authentication is enabled, the serial Line user will be challenged for a username and password prior to entering the CLI.
If Telnet Authentication is enabled, the Telnet user will be challenged for a username and password prior to entering the CLI.
The Telnet State controls access via the Telnet port.

Disable to deny access.
The default Telnet Port used by the CLI server can be overridden.

The Telnet Max Sessions specifies the maximum number of concurrent Telnet sessions that will be allowed.
