This page is used to configure failover.

Use Hostname to specify the DNS Hostname or IP Address of a remote host where connectivity should always be present. The Failover detection will ping this host every Interval seconds to determine whether there is still a network path to it. Further the device waits Timeout seconds for the reply of a ping. If Failover Threshold number of ping attempts go unanswered, the device will failover to the selected Failover Interface. If the host becomes reachable and Failback Threshold number of pings are answered, the device will failback to the original interface. Use Ping Protocol to select between a ICMP ECHO or a TCP-based ping.
